Getting There
Located on Sukhumvit Road in the Phra Khanong area of Bangkok, east of central Bangkok. By BTS: Take the Skytrain along the Sukhumvit Line to the Phra Khanong area, then walk or take a short taxi or motorbike ride to the venue. Check Google Maps for the exact walking route. By taxi: Use a metered taxi or a ride-hailing app such as Grab or Bolt and enter the venue name as your destination. Expect heavy traffic on Sukhumvit Road before evening shows. By motorbike taxi: Useful for short hops from the nearest BTS station and for skipping congestion. Agree on the fare before you set off. By car: Reach the venue via Sukhumvit Road. Parking may be limited, so check with the venue ahead of time. By bus: Several city bus routes run along Sukhumvit Road. Check Google Maps for current routes and timings. About The Richman Toy
The Richman Toy is a Thai four-piece rock band that blends retro garage-rock guitars with Thai country sounds, drawing on luk thung and phleng phuea chiwit alongside Thai pop. Southern Thai musical influences also run through their genre mix, which sets them apart from most of the Thai indie scene. All four members sing, with two on guitar, plus a bassist and a drummer, so expect layered group vocals on top of the raw, vintage-leaning rock sound.
