Including these details saves a round of back-and-forth:
- A missing concert or festival: send a link to the ticket or event page.
- A wrong time, price, venue or lineup: send the link to the LiveIn.city page, the correct details, and where they come from (the ticketing page or the organizer's announcement).
- Organizers and venues: to get your events listed or their details updated, send the event links or the page where you announce your shows.
- Removal or privacy requests: say which page and what you'd like removed. The Privacy Policy explains what data the site keeps.
- Press and partnerships: a few lines on who you are and what you have in mind.
LiveIn.city doesn't sell tickets. For orders, refunds or problems getting in, contact the platform you bought from — each concert page links to it.
