About Asanee and Wasan

อัสนี-วสันต์ โชติกุล are a Thai brother duo who have been making guitar-driven rock with roots in phleng phuea chiwit — the socially conscious folk-rock tradition — since 1986, blending it with luk thung and mainstream Thai pop. Their self-titled debut era produced some of the most recognisable Thai rock tracks of the late 1980s and 90s, earning them a place in the longer story of Thai popular music. After nearly four decades together, seeing them live is a chance to hear songs that most Thai audiences already know by heart.
