About Polycat
Polycat is a Bangkok indie-pop band whose sound blends smooth funk grooves and R&B-tinged guitar lines with Thai-language vocals that sit somewhere between retro soul and contemporary pop. They've built a following of over 1.1 million Spotify listeners across more than a decade of releases, with albums like Purr cementing their reputation as one of Thailand's more consistent acts in the indie-pop space. Their live shows tend to lean into the band's rhythm-section tightness, which translates better in a venue than on record.
