About tobi lou
tobi lou is a Chicago rapper, singer and producer of Nigerian heritage whose upbeat pop-rap draws on soul, jazz and R&B. He broke out in 2015 with the single "Game Ova", after injuries ended a baseball career he had been pursuing and he relocated to Los Angeles, where he developed his sound and visual style alongside the collaborators Glassface and Goodnight Meesh. His music comes with a self-built cartoon world of characters and bright animation, so expect the visuals to be as much a part of the show as the songs.
