Getting There
Located in the EmSphere complex on Sukhumvit Road, in the Phrom Phong area of central Bangkok. By BTS: Get off at Phrom Phong Station on the Sukhumvit Line. EmSphere is a short walk from the station, linked by the elevated walkway to The Emporium and EmQuartier. By MRT: Take the MRT to Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre Station, then transfer to the BTS or take a taxi. Phrom Phong is a few stops away on the Sukhumvit Line via Asok. By taxi or ride-hailing: Grab, Bolt and metered taxis can drop off at EmSphere. Set your destination as "EmSphere" in your app. By car: Parking is available in the EmSphere and EmQuartier complex. Expect heavy Sukhumvit traffic on show nights, so allow extra time. On foot: From Phrom Phong Station, follow signs to EmSphere. Once inside, take the lifts to the 6th floor for UOB LIVE. Tip: The BTS is usually the quickest way to avoid traffic. Check the last train times before you head home.
About Song Dongye
Song Dongye (宋冬野) is a Beijing-based singer-songwriter whose fingerpicked, folk-leaning Mandarin songs sit at the quieter edge of Chinese indie and rock. He rose to prominence with the 2013 debut album Anhe Bridge Is Not a Bridge (安和桥北), whose title track became a touchstone of the country's indie folk scene. His gravelly, understated delivery and story-like lyrics suit small rooms, where the focus stays on the words.
