About Silica Gel
실리카겔 are a Seoul-based rock band who've built their sound around distorted guitars, psychedelic textures, and a restless energy that pulls from krautrock, shoegaze, and post-punk without settling into any one of them. Their 2022 album NO PAIN broke them wide open in the Korean indie scene, landing on year-end lists and pushing their audience well beyond the festival circuit. They're a band whose recordings already sound loud — live, that density reportedly hits harder.
