Seed of Pain are a Florida hardcore band whose sound pulls from straight-up hardcore punk and groove metal — aggressive and rhythmically blunt rather than technical or melodic. Formed in 2018, they've built a following of around 12,600 Spotify listeners while staying close to the underground circuit. If you're after a short, loud set with no frills, they fit that brief.
