About Of Monsters and Men
Of Monsters and Men are an Icelandic indie folk band, formed in 2010, whose sound pairs boy-girl vocal harmonies with acoustic guitars, accordion-tinged arrangements and big, stomping choruses. Their 2011 debut My Head Is an Animal produced "Little Talks," which hit #1 in Iceland and then took off in the United States through heavy radio play. With co-lead vocalists Nanna Bryndís Hilmarsdóttir and Ragnar Þórhallsson trading lines, the songs are built for singing along, so expect the older hits to land hardest in a live room.
