About Lovebites
Lovebites is an all-female power metal band from Tokyo, formed in 2016, built around twin-guitar harmonies, fast, technical songwriting and a classic heavy metal backbone. The lineup has been steady around vocalist asami, guitarist midori, guitarist and keyboardist miyako and drummer haruna, with bassist fami joining in 2022 after the departure of original bassist miho. For fans of melodic, high-speed metal in the vein of Japan's long tradition of virtuosic guitar bands, their live shows put the instrumental chops front and center.
