Pongsit Kampee (พงษ์สิทธิ์ คำภีร์), known as "Pu", is a Thai singer and producer working in phleng phuea chiwit, the "songs for life" tradition, with touches of Thai rock, pop and luk thung. His material draws on southern Thai music as well, and he has worked as a producer alongside his career as a performer. For listeners who know the genre, a live show is a chance to hear a long-standing figure in Thai folk-leaning rock sung in the room rather than on a playlist.
