Getting There
Octave Rooftop Lounge & Bar is on the top floor of the Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit in Thonglor, Watthana district, central Bangkok.
By BTS: Take the Sukhumvit Line to Thong Lo Station, then continue by taxi, motorbike taxi or a longer walk along Sukhumvit Rd.
By taxi or ride-hailing: The easiest option. Grab and Bolt both serve the area, and you can enter the venue name in the app or use the Google Maps link.
By motorbike taxi: Good for short hops from Thong Lo Station when traffic is heavy.
By car: Sukhumvit Rd is often congested in the evening, so allow extra time. Parking is available at the hotel, but check availability with the venue beforehand.
On foot: Walkable from nearby Sukhumvit hotels and shops. Bangkok's heat and humidity can make longer walks tiring.

About Makasi
Makasi (Yannick Beloy) is an Antwerp-raised DJ and producer who plays Afro house built on African rhythms and melodic, peak-time builds. He has spent more than two decades behind the decks, with sets at Tomorrowland, Ultra Korea, Sunburn India and AfrikaBurn, plus club dates at Ushuaïa Ibiza, Amnesia Ibiza and Zouk Singapore. Recent releases include "Marahaba" with Idd Aziz and "Karipepa" with Carlo Porcile and Charly Briede, and his festival-to-club experience suggests a set that adapts to the room rather than following a fixed script.
