About SEK LOSO
Sek Loso (เสก โลโซ) is a Thai rock singer and guitarist whose sound blends phleng phuea chiwit, pop rock, and traces of luk thung and southern Thai music. Born Seksan Sukpimai to itinerant rice-farming parents, he moved to Bangkok at 14 to work in a jewelry sweatshop, saved up for a guitar, and within a year was leading the house band at the Austin pub. That grounding in covers, from Thai rock to Nirvana and Hendrix, shows in a guitar-driven style that suits a live band setting.
