About Nicola Cruz
Nicola Cruz is a French-born, Ecuador-raised producer who builds electrocumbia and downtempo from Andean folk instrumentation, field-recording textures and slow-burning club rhythms. Born in Limoges to Ecuadorian parents and raised in Quito, he came up as a selecta before moving into production, and that DJ's feel for pacing still shapes his records.
