About BIGBANG
BIGBANG (빅뱅) are a South Korean group formed by YG Entertainment in 2006 whose sound pulls together K-pop production, hip-hop, and R&B — a mix that helped define what Korean pop could sound like internationally. Their 2007 single "Lies" hit number one in Korea, and the group went on to build a catalogue of arena-level hits across nearly two decades with 6.6 million Spotify followers to show for it. Their live shows have historically been full-scale productions, so if they're playing a smaller Bangkok venue, it's a rare chance to see that catalogue up close.
