Getting There
Located in Sathon district, in central Bangkok, on a quiet side street (Soi Goethe) off South Sathon Road.
By BTS: Chong Nonsi station is the nearest BTS stop on the Silom Line. Allow roughly 10 to 15 minutes on foot or take a short taxi or motorbike taxi ride to the soi.
By MRT: Lumphini and Si Lom stations are the closest MRT options, but both are a bit far to walk. A taxi or Grab from either is the easier choice.
By taxi or ride-hailing: Grab, Bolt and metered taxis can drop you at the entrance. Enter "Goethe-Institut Thailand" in the app or use the Google Maps link to set the exact drop-off point.
By car: Parking on site is limited, so check with the venue beforehand. Nearby streets are often busy at peak hours, and ride-hailing is usually less hassle.
By bus: Several city bus routes run along Sathon and nearby main roads. Check Google Maps for current routes and stops.
By motorbike taxi: Available at the mouth of the soi and around Chong Nonsi. This is a quick way to cover the final stretch in traffic.
Tip: Evening traffic in Sathon can be heavy, so leave extra time or take the BTS if you can.
