About the Artist

Joey Phuwasit (โจอี้ ภูวศิษฐ์) is a Thai singer who works in luk thung but pulls in Thai pop-rock and the sound of southern Thai music, with some phleng phuea chiwit storytelling in the mix. That blend puts him between the country-rooted luk thung tradition and mainstream T-pop, and his following is large enough to suggest a broad domestic audience. If you want a Thai-language show that bridges those worlds, his set is a good fit.
