About the Artist

DJ Deep is the alias of Paris DJ and producer Cyril Etienne, whose sets and productions draw on dub techno and Chicago house. He came up in the Paris scene playing at Laurent Garnier's parties at the club Palace, became a regular at the Rex Club, and built his reputation through the "A Deep Groove" shows on Radio FG and later Radio Nova. A self-described vinyl junkie who digs through record stores almost daily, he plays as a selector, mixing current records with long-standing personal favorites.
