Getting There
Located in the heart of Bangkok's Pathum Wan district, near the Central World shopping complex on Rama I Road. By BTS Skytrain: Alight at Chit Lom or Siam station and walk to the venue — both are within easy walking distance. By MRT: Take the MRT to Sam Yan or Sukhumvit station, then connect via BTS or taxi. By taxi or Grab: Easily accessible from anywhere in Bangkok; show the driver "Central World, Rama I Road." By bus: Several city bus routes pass along Rama I Road — check the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA) app for current routes. By foot: Walkable from Siam Paragon, MBK Center, and nearby hotels along Rama I and Ploenchit roads.
About Sam Laxton
Sam Laxton is a Newcastle-born DJ and producer now based in Bangkok, working across uplifting and progressive trance and, more recently, the harder end of hardcore and techno. He has released on labels including Armada and has had support from Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Maddix and I Hate Models, with his music reaching stages such as Tomorrowland, EDC and A State of Trance. His current focus is a revival of 2000s UK Hardcore, pairing soaring melodies and emotional vocals with modern production, so expect a set closer to rave nostalgia than standard trance.
