Getting There
Located in the Khlong Tan Nuea area of Watthana, Bangkok, in a side alley (soi) off Sukhumvit.
By BTS: Take the Sukhumvit Line to the Phrom Phong or Thong Lo area, then continue by taxi or motorbike taxi. Check Google Maps for the best exit and walking route.
By taxi: The easiest option. Set the Google Maps link as your destination, or show the driver the venue name in Thai. Ride-hailing apps such as Grab and Bolt also work.
By motorbike taxi: Useful for the final stretch from the main road into the alley, especially at busy times.
By car: Drive to the Watthana district and follow Google Maps into the alley. Parking is likely limited, so check with the venue beforehand.
On foot: If you are staying nearby in Watthana, use the Google Maps link for a walking route. Expect heat and humidity.
Tip: Sukhumvit traffic gets heavy in the evening, so allow extra time on show nights.
About Funk D'Void
Funk D'Void is Lars Sandberg, a Scottish DJ and producer now based in Barcelona, who has made deep, funky techno and tech house since the late 90s and has been DJing since 1986. His 2001 track "Diabla" was named biggest techno record of the year by DJ Mag, and his catalogue includes albums on Soma, remixes for Underworld, New Order and Laurent Garnier, and releases on Bedrock and Drumcode. Expect a selector with decades of club experience who still leans on the emotional, melodic side of techno rather than pure peak-hour hardness.
