Located in Pom Prap Sattru Phai, in Bangkok's old town near Chinatown (Yaowarat) and Hua Lamphong. By MRT: Hua Lamphong Station (Blue Line) is the closest major station. Allow roughly 15 to 20 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride from there. By taxi or ride-hailing: Grab and Bolt are the easiest options. Enter the venue name in the app or use the Google Maps link to set the pin. By tuk-tuk: Available around Chinatown and Hua Lamphong. Agree on the fare before you set off. By bus: Many city bus routes run along Thanon Maitri Chit and nearby Yaowarat Road. Check Google Maps for current routes from your location. By car: Street parking in this area is very limited and traffic can be heavy in the evenings. Using public transport or a ride-hailing app is recommended. On foot: The venue is within walking distance of parts of Chinatown. Use the Google Maps link for the exact entrance, as it is on the 1st floor of a building in a small side lane (ซอย).
About Telephones
Telephones is the project of Henning Severud, a Norwegian DJ and producer from the outskirts of Bergen who has made music under the name since 2006 and relocated to Berlin in 2010. His sets and records mix nu disco, tribal house, balearic, kraut and cosmic techno, and he has released on Running Back, Sex Tags UFO and Acido, with remixes for José Padilla and Joan Bibiloni, plus a 2016 debut album, Vibe Telemetry. With more than 20 years behind the decks, he plays genre-hopping sets that swing from percussion-heavy workouts to colder synth-driven material, so expect range rather than a single groove.
