BTS Siam
Getting There
Located in Siam Square One, in the heart of Bangkok's Siam area (Pathum Wan district).
By BTS: Get off at Siam Station (Sukhumvit and Silom lines). Siam Square One is a short walk from the station.
By MRT: Take the MRT to Sam Yan or Silom/Si Lom and transfer to the BTS, or use a taxi or ride-hailing app for the final stretch. There is no MRT station directly at Siam Square.
By taxi or ride-hailing: Grab and Bolt are widely available. Ask the driver for "Siam Square One" and head to the building's drop-off area.
By bus: Many city bus routes stop around Siam Square and Rama I Road. Check Google Maps for current routes from your location.
By car: Siam Square One has parking, but the area is very congested on event nights. Public transport is recommended.
On foot: Siam Square One is connected to the Siam area's walkways and the BTS skywalk, so you can walk from nearby malls such as Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and MBK Center.
Tip: Once inside the building, take the elevator to the 7th floor and follow signs to the hall. Use the Google Maps link for live directions.
About Kings of Convenience
Kings of Convenience are a Bergen, Norway duo, Erlend Øye and Eirik Glambek Bøe, who pair two soft harmonizing voices with intricate nylon-and-steel acoustic guitar work in a folk-pop style. They met as children at a geography competition and began drawing notice after a run of European festival appearances in the summer of 1999, which led to their debut and the breakout Quiet Is the New Loud. The material is built on quiet interplay between two guitars and two voices, so it suits a seated, attentive room better than a loud one.
