About King Gnu
King Gnu is a Tokyo band formed in 2013 that blends J-rock, pop, and alternative with a jazzy, theatrical edge. They performed as Mrs.Vinci and Srv.Vinci before taking their current name in 2017, and broke through in Japan with the second album Sympa and the run of singles that led into Ceremony. Their anime tie-ins have carried their songs well beyond Japan, so a Bangkok show is a chance to hear those hits from a band that has outgrown the indie circuit.
