About Defying Decay
Defying Decay are a Bangkok alternative metal band, formed in 2010, whose sound blends metalcore, nu metal and post-hardcore with synths and programmed elements. Their debut album, All We Know is Failing, came out in 2015, and the current seven-piece lineup includes a DJ/programmer and a keyboardist alongside the usual guitars, bass and drums. That electronic layer is worth seeing on stage, since it sets them apart from most Thai heavy bands working in a similar lane.
