The Filters

The Filters are a Malaysian indie rock band whose sound pulls together math rock's angular rhythms and experimental alternative structures, built around a four-piece lineup that came together through their school's brass band. They began writing original material in earnest around 2013, with Ian Francis Khoo and Aiman Shakirin as the core co-founders before Reuben Ravi and Iain Chan joined to complete the group.
