SLANDER are Los Angeles-based producers Derek Andersen and Scott Land, who build their sets around melodic bass and future bass — a blend of euphoric synth writing dropped into heavier dubstep structures. Their track "Love Is Gone" with Dylan Matthew crossed 500 million streams and brought the duo well beyond the festival circuit into mainstream EDM playlists. Live, they're known for leaning into that emotional contrast hard — big melodic builds followed by aggressive drops — which lands differently on a soundsystem than it does on streaming.
