natori

natori (なとり) is a Japanese singer-songwriter whose j-pop is shaped by jazz-leaning chords and anime-adjacent melodies. He began posting original songs on TikTok in May 2021, and "Overdose," released there in May 2022, spread fast enough to inspire around 280,000 videos before its full release that September, when it reached No. 1 on LINE MUSIC's daily and weekly charts. Still in his early twenties when that song took off, he's a good pick if you want to hear a TikTok-born hit performed live by the artist who wrote it.
