Mong Tong

夢東 (Mong Tong) are a Taiwanese duo — brothers Hom Yu and Jiun Chi — whose music weaves krautrock repetition, plunderphonics, and psychedelic texture through Southeast Asian mythology and folklore. Their 2021 album Mystery brought them wider attention beyond Taiwan's indie circuit and onto international festival radars. Their sets tend to be immersive rather than loud, built around layered loops and atmosphere that reward close listening.
