Mitski

Mitski is an American singer-songwriter whose music moves between indie rock, art pop, and dream pop, pairing confessional lyrics with sharp, often unexpected arrangements. She began by self-releasing two albums while studying composition at Purchase College, then broke through with Puberty 2 (2016) and Be the Cowboy (2018), and her 2022 album Laurel Hell reached the top ten in several countries. Her live shows are known for tightly controlled staging and choreography rather than casual banter, so expect a set built as a performance rather than a run through the catalogue.
