About the Artist

Joji is a Japanese-Australian singer, songwriter and producer whose music sits between alternative R&B, lo-fi and trip-hop, built on hushed vocals and slow, atmospheric production. George Miller first became known on YouTube in the early 2010s as Filthy Frank and Pink Guy, the comedy personas he dropped to make music as Joji, and his 2022 album Smithereens followed the breakout "Slow Dancing in the Dark" from Ballads 1.
