About the Artist

Drain are a Santa Cruz hardcore band whose sound sits squarely in the crossover tradition — fast, guitar-driven, and closer to early thrash than to metalcore. Their 2023 album Putrid Filth landed on Closed Casket Activities and sharpened their reputation in the current US hardcore underground. They're a circle-pit band through and through, and their live sets are built for rooms where the floor is the main event.
