About the Artist

BNK48 is a Bangkok-based idol girl group modelled on Japan's AKB48 system, performing J-pop-influenced Thai pop with large rotating rosters of members across regular theatre shows and major releases. Founded in 2016, the group established a resident stage at BNK48 the Campus in Bangkok and has since expanded to spawn their own sister group, CGM48, based in Chiang Mai. Their live shows follow the AKB48 format of high-production choreography with a large ensemble cast, which reads very differently from a conventional concert — worth knowing before you buy a ticket.
