About the Artist

beabadoobee is a Filipino-British singer-songwriter who began in lo-fi bedroom pop and has moved toward a fuller sound that draws on 90s alternative rock and dream pop. She released a run of EPs on Dirty Hit between 2018 and 2021, then her debut album Fake It Flowers in 2020, followed by Beatopia in 2022 and This Is How Tomorrow Moves. Live, the songs are played with a full rock band, so the guitar-heavy material from Fake It Flowers onward comes across louder and rawer than on record.
