About the Artist
ยิ่งยง ยอดบัวงาม is a Thai singer rooted in luk thung and phleng phuea chiwit, with a sound shaped by the folk and working-class traditions of southern Thailand, active since the early 1960s. With decades of recorded material behind him, he represents a strain of Thai country music that predates the genre's mainstream crossover era.
