Phleng Phuea Chiwit

About the Artist

อภิรมย์ is an independent acoustic trio based in Sakon Nakhon, made up of Mate on guitar, Tai on vocals and Folk on percussion. They play phleng phuea chiwit, the Thai "songs for life" tradition, folded together with folk-leaning Thai pop and a touch of rock. The format is stripped back, just guitar, voice and hand percussion, so a show here is more about songwriting and the trio's easy, humorous rapport than about production.
