Amateur Takes Control

Amateur Takes Control is a Singaporean instrumental rock band. Guitarist Adel Rashid started it as a solo project in 2006 before it grew into a five-piece, and their debut album You, Me and the Things Unsaid came out on KittyWu Records in 2008. Their sound moves between post-rock expanse and heavier, more restless passages, captured most recently on A Pale Decrepit Dot.
