About the Artist

Triple Deer is a four-piece post-rock band from Hsinchu, Taiwan, formed in 2012 by two members from Kaohsiung and two from Taipei who met there. Their instrumental sound draws on post-rock and math rock, and has drifted over the years toward something warmer and more melodic, moving between hushed, intimate passages and big emotional swells. With two guitars, bass and drums, their shows are built around that push and pull between quiet and loud, which suits a room where you can hear the dynamics.
