Shubostar

Shubostar is a South Korean DJ and producer working in what she calls "cosmic disco," a disco foundation pushed toward techno and often described as dark disco, which fits her indie dance and Italo disco tags on Spotify. In 2018 she launched her own label, uju Records, with Korean painter Daryung Kim, using it to bring in artists from the scene she plays in. Her sets are a good fit if you want disco's pulse with a darker, more club-leaning edge than most Italo revivals.
