About the Artist

Mathias Kaden is a German DJ and producer working in minimal techno and tech house, with a sound built around dubby grooves and layered African and South American percussion. He got his first turntables at 14, inspired by the early house and techno DJs at Bioxultra in Gera, and still plays with a vinyl-and-turntables setup. Expect a rhythm-driven, hands-on set that leans funky and percussive rather than stark and clinical.
