Kygo

Kygo is a Norwegian producer and pianist, born Kyrre Gørvell-Dahll in 1991, who helped push tropical house into the mainstream with its soft marimba-style leads, steady mid-tempo grooves and big, melodic drops. He broke through with a 2013 remix of Ed Sheeran's "I See Fire" and the 2014 single "Firestone", and in 2015 he became the fastest artist to reach one billion Spotify streams. His later hits include "It Ain't Me" with Selena Gomez, and his sets lean on those sing-along, radio-ready tracks, which suits a large open-air crowd.
