About the Artist
HWASA (화사) is a South Korean singer and rapper, best known as the lead rapper and sub-vocalist of the girl group Mamamoo, who also records as a solo pop artist with a bolder, more sultry edge. She debuted solo in 2019 with the single "Twit" and is now signed to P NATION. Her solo sets tend to draw on her group-trained vocal power while giving her more room for stage presence and choreography than a Mamamoo show does.
