Gunya

Gunya is a Bangkok-based DJ who plays deep tech, deep house and techno, favouring dubby, low-slung grooves and mixing classic tracks in with newer ones. She has no formal music training and no production catalogue to her name. Her career is built entirely on DJing, which began after she first went to a techno night in Bangkok in 2015. Her sets are built as slow, continuous arcs rather than a string of peak-hour moments, so she suits a dancefloor crowd that likes to settle in for the whole night.
