Fungus Funk

Psytrance

About the Artist

Fungus Funk is the project of Moscow-based producer Sergei Prilepa, who has been making psytrance since 2001 and leans toward the darker, more aggressive end of the genre with a goa-tinged melodic streak. He released on Acidance, Discovalley, and Crystal Matrix for years before finally putting out his debut full-length, F People, on Acidance. Expect rolling basslines, biting synths, and warm pads, a mix that suits long, late-night psytrance sets.
