## About

Subiibabii is an American rapper and audio engineer, born Jalen Jackson, who makes pitched-up, sped-up jerk-influenced rap he calls "Vamp Jerk," a nod to the 2010s jerk era. He began posting music to SoundCloud in November 2021 and broke through with the EP *WEBB*, whose tracks "Zendayuh" and "DABOSS" took off on TikTok. Since he came up through self-engineered, internet-first releases, a live set is a chance to hear those short, hyperactive TikTok-era tracks played out in a room.
