## About

Oliver Smith is an English DJ and producer working in progressive and uplifting trance, with a melodic, driving sound rooted in the Anjunabeats catalogue. He was the first artist signed to the label, and before going solo under his own name in 2006 he made records with Mark Pledger as Smith & Pledger and produced drum & bass as Scalar. His 2013 debut album marked a shift toward deeper progressive sounds, so a set from him should balance trance melody with a more measured, building pace.
