## About

Goldie is a British drum and bass and jungle producer whose sound runs from rolling breakbeat science to the more melodic, liquid end of the genre. His 1995 debut album *Timeless*, built around the 20-minute "Inner City Life," is widely treated as a foundational record for drum and bass and helped carry the genre beyond the UK underground. He has also worked as a DJ and visual artist, and his sets draw on that long catalogue of jungle and drum and bass.
