Black Eyed Peas are a Los Angeles hip-hop and pop group built around will.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo, who moved from the alternative rap of their late-&#39;90s debut to the dance-pop that defined their later hits. The group formed in 1995 after will.i.am and apl.de.ap began rapping together around LA, and they have sold an estimated 56 million albums and singles worldwide.
