# Bismil Source: https://livein.city/bkk/artists/bismil Genres: Sufi, sufi, qawwali, ghazal Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/1dU8OXH7zI79wpLxei4EDu ## About Bismil is a Sufi vocal group rooted in qawwali and ghazal traditions, blending devotional poetry with the call-and-response dynamics that define the genre's live form. Qawwali is built for live performance — the repetition, the building intensity, the interplay between lead and chorus — so a room setting is genuinely where this music makes its case. --- Every LiveIn.city page linked above is also available as markdown: add `.md` to its URL.
