## About

Big Ass is a Thai rock band whose sound began as pop rock and has moved toward a heavier, more straightforward rock sound over time, with a strong line in phleng phuea chiwit-style songwriting. After three albums that reached a fairly small audience, they left Music Bugs for GMM Grammy's Genie Records, and their fourth album, *Seven*, marked seven years in the scene and was recognised at both the Season Awards and the Fat Awards. With a catalogue this deep and a large Thai following, a live set is likely to be built around songs the crowd already knows word for word.
